In all the projects developed, Ceetrus Romania's mission is to assume the role of facilitator, urban and community catalyst, a role that is becoming indispensable for a coherent and sustainable urban development in Romania.

The extensive development of the Coresi Neighborhood, started in 2013, is a model of community and urban regeneration in Romania.

Cartier Coresi stands out as a visionary and courageous project, managing to capitalize on the history of the place and the cultural and industrial heritage of the former Tractorul platform.

Our motivation is to preserve the image of what was once a factory as much as a city.

Cartier Coresi is a renaissance achieved by rejuvenating old industrial buildings, as well as creating new landmarks, being the first multifunctional project of such scope, bringing together, in a 10-year period, commercial functions (Coresi Shopping Resort), residential (Coresi Avantgarden), offices (Coresi Business Campus), entertainment, community spaces and public spaces, which capitalize and multiply local opportunities.

Our intention is for the Tractorul area to once again become a source of pride for the people of Brasov, a point of attraction in the region and an example at the national level.

In partnership with the local administration, we managed to implement smart urbanization that involves the development of mixed spaces capable of creating connections between people, connecting communities, partners and experts.
